As part of our objectives of continuous innovation, we have been committed to expanding our knowledge of consumer law, specifically with the certification of the Consumer Law Ready program which was carried out by the Chamber of Commerce and run by Deiuris Legal Partners. In it, the organizations acquire a joint vision of the regulation of business-to-consumer relations; they know the rights of consumers; they differentiate between legal rights and “commercial rights”; they can deal with a consumer complaint and focus the company’s commercial policy appropriately.
Through five modules dealing with contractual information, the right of withdrawal, consumer rights and guarantees, unfair and abusive contract terms and alternative dispute resolution, companies wishing to become certified work on the various problems that can currently be encountered when talking about consumer law.
